When shopping our catalog, most products include your left chest sized logo embroidered for free or a minimal fee.

Large quantity orders will always be discounted.

Artwork, design, and embroidery digitizing are quoted per job.

Nike® and Ping®:

Nike Golf and PING products purchased from Checkmate Embroidery must be sold with embellishment. Sales of Nike Golf or PING apparel on the Internet or elsewhere without embellishment is strictly forbidden. Third party sales on eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or any other public resale site is likewise prohibited. Generic, obscure and/or temporary decoration, in order to resell Nike and PING products, is prohibited.



PAYMENTS:

WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF PAYMENT:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

NOTE: Due to American Express policies we will only ship to the billing address of the card even if you provide a ship to address.

We reserve the right to ship any order to the billing address instead of the shipping address at our discretion and without notice. Due to security reasons, orders that are being shipped to an address other than the billing address may delay the shipping of your order while our security department tries to verify the order.

Please note: When mailing in personal checks, check will have to be cleared by your bank before order will be shipped out.

By Fax: Fax order to 702-644-7000. If you choose to provide us with your credit card info by fax, we will need your signature on your fax.

NOTE: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address clearly so that we can send the package tracking number to you or notify you if there are problems with your order.





SHIPPING:

Our goal is to provide you with the most reliable, secure, and quick shipping service available. UPS is our preferred method of delivery for orders within the United States.

Delivery time and cost depends on the shipping method you select. Available choices range from UPS ground shipping to next-day delivery.

During the order process, you will be offered a choice of shipping methods.

Checkmate Embroidery inspects each and every product prior to shipment to insure the highest quality.

Please note: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or AP/FPO addresses. Please make sure that we have a physical shipping address at the time of order.



TRACKING

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking number and a link to UPS to track your package online. Alternatively, if you have record of your tracking number, you may track your shipment at UPS
